The last rate increase was in 1996. Apple Valley and Howard residents are at a $33 quarterly rate. Since they are all on the countywide sewer system, I think it would be a good idea to keep the rates standard. We also anticipate the need for some maintenance coming up in the future on this subdivision's system. John Hunt
