Being mayor doesn't give her the authority to violate the Constitution or suspend it. Anyone has the right to attend a meeting of government bodies as provided by state law and directly by the Constitution. She is simply a mayor, and there are limits to her powers. I'd have her point to the law that gives her the authority to prevent colleagues from attending public meetings. Terry Francke
