I don't feel that it's a phasing out, they just feel like they feel these younger players are ready to take the next step, ... You can't tell me that a lot of our older players are out of gas, I don't buy it. But you can't tell me that our younger guys aren't ready to jump in there, either, because they are. Bill Guerin
