We're very disappointed and really hope that the Assembly leadership will reconsider. These bills have been around for over a year and the Assembly has had ample time to review the issues. We have worked hard to make our state a leaders in this field, but other states will soon pass us if we continue to delay on the funding. Kelley Heck
