It won't solve the entire underage drinking problem we face. It's not 100 percent full proof, but it's just another tool to help us reduce the number of kids that drink. Kids are still going to try to find a way to go to Juarez to binge drink, but it's going to be a lot harder now with these two curfew areas. Paul Cross
