I think they will have about the same success in state court they had in federal court. What we have here is a hot-headed father who apparently was told that a teacher touched his daughter and didn't bother to find out the facts. He took it upon himself and hit a man in the face, without provocation. He is going to learn that that is not acceptable conduct. John Bowen
