Coach Childress seems like a guy who's very confident in what his plan is. He's very diligent and gets right to the point. He's not a guy who's going to beat around the bush. We haven't been on the field, but seeing him and talking to him, he's not going to sugarcoat anything and is not going to sell you any pipe dreams.
