To get guys like him, who their first year can step in. He plays like a veteran most of the time. He's a guy you can count on. He's physical. He has a big frame on him that he likes to use and puts to good use. He moves the puck well. We can play him on the power play and the penalty kill. For a first year guy that's huge. Joe Mullen
