There are so many younger acts. It's hard to distinguish the differences between them all. I don't want people to hear the record and go, 'Can you believe she's only 18?' I want them to say, 'Wow, this is a well-written song with good chord changes.' It's better if you hear the record and love it, than find out I'm 18. Michelle Branch
