I look at the role models I had when I was a sophomore and what a great year that was for me. Those guys always watched out for me and I was constantly looking to them for leadership. Now, it's up to me to give that same experience to the younger kids. I have to treat them with respect and let them know how important wrestling is going to be to them – not just in high school – but for the rest of their life. Todd McKay
