I've had a very interesting career with the Port of Los Angeles. Our security forces have never been better, our relationships with other law enforcement agencies never healthier, and we are growing a stronger team every day. I am gratified that our efforts have resulted in a world-class police department, and I will miss these officers greatly. Noel Cunningham
