A lot of the Vietnamese kids can't really speak Vietnamese anymore. Most of them will have a very heavy accent, because they can't speak it well. So for the kids pageant, the kids will have to be able to speak Vietnamese. And so this is what we're trying to promote: Let them memorize some Vietnamese lines, go up on stage and see how well they present their Vietnamese. Yen Nguyen
