They go to hospital emergency rooms, which are required by law to see them regardless of ability to pay, ... What happens, really, when someone doesn't have primary or preventive care, especially if they have a chronic disease like asthma, high blood pressure and diabetes, is they go untreated and wind up in the hospital, and those costs are passed on to those who have insurance, pricing a certain number of people out of the market.
