I am a firm believer in letting the market regulate itself and letting the consumers vote with their wallets. This incident [with Sony BMG] is merely one instance of the media and entertainment industry going too far. As a result, I do believe that it is time to get government involved in setting down some laws that clarify the content owner's rights as well as the rights of the consumer.
