It's just pure uncertainty. I just sit and try to synthesize all the news I get, putting a certain amount of uncertainty on the quality of the news. It appears to me that Bush has made up his mind to go into Iraq. The question is whether that turns out to have been a good idea once it's done. If it is, then that will be positive. If it's not, if we end up having a tiger by the tail in Baghdad, that's a different story. Jim Griffin
