It's kind of like tough love, like you do with your child. You've got to bring them along slowly, and at the same time, pick them up every time and let them know things are going to be all right. I don't think they're going to see a lot of defenses as fast and as together as we are, so we're giving them their best look everyday. And when you see the best look everyday, that makes Saturdays that much easier. Chris Ellis
