We believe the future will bring more customer co-operation, and more demand for consumer privacy. This trend makes traditional advertising both more costly and less effective, while increasing the power and influence of reputation and word of mouth. As customers demand greater openness and honesty from the businesses they deal with, business will have two choices. It can embrace this consumer revolution with a more open and honest business model, or it can continue using pretty girls to sell bad products.
