With those supplements, you never know what you're getting. It's, 'Take at your own risk,' I guess. I think a lot of those companies are working on results. The way to get results, sometimes, isn't always the most fair way. I know, for myself personally, I haven't taken supplements for quite a while -- ever since the summertime -- to try to be safe.
