[The trip made a deep impression on the England players.] You read about Africa and the suffering that is going on there but you don't understand how bad it is until you get there, ... The one thing that sticks in my mind is that amid all the suffering, the people were so fantastically courageous. They had smiles on their faces most of the time. It was a very, very humbling experience for me. We have to change our outlook towards Africa and try to get something done. Gary Neville
