It hasn't been frustrating in a sense that it's going to take me away from what I'm trying to do. It hasn't been frustrating that it's going to drive me into a wall or something. The thing that bothered me was the fact that there's 52 other guys out here who are trying to make something happen with this team, trying to make an impact. When they see everything going back and forth, hearing this or seeing that, the kind of worries you have is how is the team going to react? That was something I was trying to nip in the bud. I wanted to make sure everybody was on the same wavelength, everybody was on the same page. That's what leaders do, that's what quarterbacks do. Donovan McNabb
