The idea is to have a office where sales people, fisherman, contractors, business people, and others on the go can stop to lease space for storage but also get their paper mail, use the computer, be online with their laptop, send or receive a fax, or otherwise conduct business. In researching the project, I wanted a first class facility, state of the art, that provides not only storage, but customer service and a business friendly environment. Paul Maguire
