Without this program, there is no doubt in my mind that many disabled children would not be riding bicycles. I am a rocket scientist, and I like to solve puzzles. And I know that if we can put a man on the moon and send a rocket to a distant planet, we can certainly get disabled children riding bikes without training wheels. Richard Klein
