We are pleased that the court has agreed today to grant Napster the discovery schedule we proposed, allowing a reasonable amount of time for Napster to obtain and evaluate the extensive discovery material. The record industry's anti-competitive behavior has prevented consumers from paying for the music they want over the Internet. We look forward to exploring these issues further. Steve Cohen
