This is a conversation that has been going on in the coaching ranks for quite some time. The rules just aren't keeping up with the game. They're vague and gray. They need to be changed to help the umpires out as much as anything. Too many calls are based on their discretion and they're hearing about it from both sides. Lisa Miller
