The thing is that the young people in the towns in this area, they want to stay here but how can they afford it? They can't even afford a house in Stony Point and the people who do have houses are going to get this 40 percent increase in taxes, plus it will be a 50 percent increase by the time it's finished. But what can you do? People will just have to bite the bullet and pay the bill. That's what I have got to do. But I'm not going to pay it quietly. I'm going to make a lot of noise. George Harris
