There's always going to be people critical, for us this year if we don't win the comp, people say it's failure. People say last year was a failure. All coaches are under pressure, it doesn't matter where you're coaching , I just think the expectation on some clubs is higher than others. We don't profess to be the greatest coaching staff in the world, but we think we've done a reasonable job. Nathan Brown
