I think that's where communication comes in. It's paramount. You have to create an environment where people and ideas are heard. We had that in Tampa, when Tony Dungy was there. I've seen it a few other places. When I was on the road, I always thought, 'If I ever get a [general manager's] job, that's how I want things to be.' There's a lot of ego in this league, and so it doesn't always work that way, but you always want to try to be working for the good of the organization. You know, 'How do we get better?'
