He is, I don't want to say in your face, but you come off (a shift), and either he will, or he'll get one of the assistants, to tell you whether you did something that you shouldn't have or whether you need to go better. I'd say he's a little more intense and more vocal than what we've had here since I've been here. Kirk Maltby
